Dr. Karar earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2006. She also earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Khartoum School of Dental Surgery, Khartou In Sudan in 2000. She is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society.
